Meeting Called to Order at 6:04

Exec:
President: Look for his black textured tie. Only two meetings after this, Last one is the 30th.PHONE CALL!
Loss Prevention: Not Homework time. Disney movie night at 7:00 Wednesday.
House Manager/Rush: Clean the Drake room, for the girlies they don’t like messes. Toilet use and cleaning. We need: Lemonex, Detergent, Garbage bags, recycle bags./No more Mercury. Bring more people out!! Do not leave fireplace on. If you leave the room turn it off.
PR: Volleyball we made it to playoff, 6:45 Thursday 19th next game. Footsol registration we’re playing div 2. CoRec Dodgeball possibly with Pi Phis. Thank you cards. Greek 101 5:30, be here at 5:00
Academic: Ian needs you marks for exec elections, Last day of classes is Dec 3rd. There is a week break between end of classes and exams. Study room in Foote room all that week.

Rush/House Manager: Unfortunately Yaser cannot officially join, but we still love him/house cleaning went wellish but people should still makeup time they missed. DO NOT REMOVE FORKS from house!!
PR: Volleyball game 8:45 Thursday, good job team we’ve won the last two! Futsol Registration for next semester is coming up soon. Tell Stout if you want to play.
Scholarship: Day to drop classes has just passed. Bring Ian your marks if you want to run for a position. You need to be in good standing to get elected for to an exec position. Apply for graduation if you are graduating this year.

Exec Reports:
Chris: getting us composites and jerseys
Stout: We won volleyball last week, next game Thursday at 7:45. After volleyball often food, drinks, karaoke, and girls at Avenue Pizza, all encouraged to go. Coed Wallyball (volleyball on squash court) possibility if people are interested. Etiquette exchange went well, as did pumpkin carving on Wednesday. IFC(Inter-Fraternal council) bar night first Monday of every month.
Cam Powell: Come out to IFC bar night tonight!! More DU presence is required to get our names and faces out there! NO DUDE on Wednesday. Disney Movie night the Wednesday 18th of November (girls like these sort of things).
Mike: Bring more non-members out to things and spread the good word of DU! Mandatory house cleaning approaching, for insurance representative. (Mostly just clearing fire escapes) THIS IS MANDATORY MISSING IT WILL RESULT IN FINES!!!
House keys are available for 40 dollar deposit. But this comes with responsibility, don’t lose keys, anybody you let into the house is your responsibility.

Chris(President):Info about Swine Flu: U of A is infected no doctor’s note to miss class, shots available
Info about Exec Positions (nominations over the next few weeks): President, Finance, Secretary, PR, Rush, Scholarship
Mike (House Manager)/(Rush): Room empty at 425 a month and 375 when you activate. We will hopefully getting supplies by next week, major house cleaning after meeting. / Start bringing out your other friends; maybe don’t mention it as a frat but just a group of people to hang out with. That way they don’t think of bad stereotypes.
Stout (PR): Pi Beta Phi etiquette seminar, Monday November 2nd 5:00 PM in Foote Room, BE HERE AT 4:30.
Tuesday 27th of October there is an optional sport info session in Van Vliet
Wednesday 28th of October Pumpkin carving at the house at 7:00 with thetas + other girls(6:30 now!)
